WE ARE OPEN FOR YOUR ORDERS! - We have put in place extra safety measures for our staff including split rotas where we can work easily with plenty of social distance between us and extra cleaning processes. We continue to be guided by UK Government Advice. Thank you so much for your custom through this period. STAY SAFE!

-The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers has and will always be at the forefront of our priorities. To ensure that our staff and customers are safe and well, we have decided to implement additional steps in our day to day working life.

-These steps include members of staff working from home if possible, additional cleaning within our facilities, and maintaining social distancing measures.

-We are still running a normal service and we are still shipping to all destinations as of Monday 23rd March. All orders will be handled with even more care than usual.

-We’ve put in place a temporary procedure for our next day services where we would normally capture a recipient’s signature on delivery in the UK. For items delivered on or after Saturday 14th March 2020, our delivery's will no longer request a signature but will capture the recipient’s name and will ensure they take in the item.

-Delays to mail services can be expected to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations, Some parts of the EU are experiencing delays up to 30 days so use our tracked service when possible. Please don't hesitate to contact us to see how you could be affected.

-We currently work on a 14 day deadline for processing returns, due to reducing our staffing numbers for safety we may ask customers to be a little more patient as some aspects of the business may be stretched.
